EVENT DESCRIPTION
Ready to try pickleball?
Join us for a fun and welcoming Women’s Beginner Pickleball Social at New England Pickleball Club in Middleton!
This event is designed for complete beginners — absolutely no experience needed. We’ll start with beginner instruction led by NEPC owner and professional pickleball coach Dave Velardo, who will introduce players to the basics of the game before everyone gets on the courts.
After the instruction, there will be time to play, meet other local women, and experience pickleball in a relaxed and social environment.
Paddles and equipment are provided, so all you need to do is show up ready to have fun!
THE IDEA BEHIND THE EVENT
Our goal is for this to be more than a one-time beginner event. We’d love to start building a welcoming daytime pickleball community for local women who want to learn the sport, stay active, meet new people, and have a group they can continue playing with.
We’re hoping this first event can be the beginning of recurring beginner-friendly opportunities where women can continue learning and playing together.
